Appointment Booking Policy — The Allergy Lab Scheduling Your Appointment When you book an appointment with The Allergy Lab, we reserve dedicated time and resources specifically for your visit. To help us serve all our patients efficiently, we ask that you review and follow the policies below. Insurance Verification Please verify your insurance coverage prior to your appointment by calling (855) 664-4003. This allows us to confirm your benefits, identify any co-pays or deductibles, and prevent unexpected costs on the day of your visit. We recommend calling as soon as your appointment is booked, rather than waiting until the last minute. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call (855) 664-4003 at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer your original time slot to another patient in need of care. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee. We will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time that fits your schedule. Cancellations If you are unable to attend your appointment, please call (855) 664-4003 at least 48 hours in advance to cancel. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be considered a late cancellation and may incur a fee. No-shows (missed appointments without any notice) may also be subject to a fee and may affect your ability to book future appointments. Why 48 Hours? Our appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you. Late changes or no-shows make it difficult for us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care. Providing at least 48 hours' notice helps us keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
